Laughter Club Registration
This form is used to register a Laughter Club that will be affiliated
with the World Laughter Tour, Inc., and USA Laughter Clubs.©
Registration is valid for one year and is renewed annually.
Registered Clubs receive support services from World Laughter Tour, Inc.,
which includes:

1.

A listing on the WLT website as an authorized club. Includes your photo and/or corporate logo, and a detailed description of the related services you can provide.

2.
|
The SUPER CD-ROM with more than 600 files of articles, documentation, graphic images, power-point, and more.
|
|
3.
|
A certificate recognizing your Club as an official part of World Laughter Tour.
|
|
4.
|
Permission to use logos and the phrases "Authorized Affiliate of World Laughter Tour" and "Authorized Affiliate of USA Laughter Clubs".

|
5.
|
Public relations and publicity assistance.
|
|
6.
|
Permission to use signage (provided by WLT or otherwise) for Laughter Club meeting announcements and to identify Laughter Club members.
|
|
7.
|
Opportunities to attend basic and advanced training workshops, conferences, and symposia.
|
|
8.
|
Automatic subscription to electronic and mailed newsletters.
|
|
9.
|
Opportunity to access in-depth consultation (on a fee basis).
|
REQUIRED: Every affiliated USA Laughter Club and therapeutic laughter program
must be under the direction of a trained person who holds at least the designation
of Certified Laughter Leader.
Instructions:
Virtual Laughter Clubs: All of the contact information, address, etc., is that of the CLL.
Virtual clubs have NO set meeting place, dates or times.
Actual Laughter Clubs: The address, etc. is where the club actually meets.
Actual clubs have a set meeting place. Dates & times can be set or "varies".
The more information you include, the easier it is for people to find your laughter club.
